Andrew Smith has been working in land development and construction for the past 15 years, since his time as a student at McMaster University.  He worked for a large planning, engineering and surveying firm in Hamilton for the past 10 years, most recently as their Engineering Manager prior to founding LandSmith.  Andrew has specialized in stormwater management and designed and implemented numerous SWM features incorporating low-impact-development principles in the Hamilton area.

Dan Hodge has been working in the land development and construction industry since his teens.  A graduate of Mohawk College’s Civil Technologist program Dan furthered his education at McMaster earning a Bachelor of Technology while at the same time working to develop his career in the development industry at a Niagara engineering firm.  Dan has significant experience in the field inspecting and ensuring engineering designs are constructed with excellence and according to all specifications. 

Brandon Cole graduated with honors from Mohawk College in 2022 with a Civil Engineering Technician diploma.  Brandon has worked with LandSmith since 2022 completing field surveys, site inspection services, and with a focus on Civil 3D.  A quick learner with a great work ethic, Brandon has quickly become a LandSmith asset as he works towards his C. Tech designation.
